    Pure awareness, pure seeing, pure being is who "you" are - this purity of this isness is what frees you completely from being lost in and trying to be what this "you" is flowing through.

    You can certainly receive "siddhi" - spiritual juice or power - from outside of yourself but this cannot relieve you of your own daily activity of trying to be something that is not true of who "you" are.

    Heart in motion is the movement of this "you" that you truly are, flowing through this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through. It is the beyondness of the alive and indescribable "that" - which gave birth to and informs everything with itself - moving through and incarnating into its own manifestation.

    No one is forcing you to stand free of the illusion and delusion that you have put yourself into. Nope. If you think you are happy in your position of who you think you are, then by all means, you just "hang on in there". Let your imagination run wild. Knock yourself out.

    This you can "do" - the "doing" being an act of no longer doing what you are currently trying to do - because this "you" of you already is. Who you are is this "motion of seeing" that is flowing through your eyes right now; it is the seer, the one that is looking and peering through.

    Your attention must be given over to this "you" of you that is already flowing through the eyes of this mindbody that you find your self flowing through. It is only your persistence in layering this mistaken idea that you have of yourself over the top of who you are that entraps you.

    That is the only thing that you are suffering and that is the only thing that is distracting you from realizing this "you" of you - the love; the self; the heart; the intelligence; the innocence; the delightfulness - that you already are, even right now in this currently arising moment.

    You have failed to see who you are which is already totally loved and loving. You have gotten distracted from knowing who you are. Mind you, you have so little interest in being who you are it is not funny - and you are the one who is not laughing.

    Realizing that who you are is impersonal, even as it flows through and animates a person - with no contradiction in the facts of it all; realizing that the mindbody that you find yourself driving around through is nothing but a "hollow bamboo" for the lips of the divine one - this "you" of you - to flow the song of existence through.
